Google Analytics
We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of our website. This tool uses persistent cookies to allow us to see behavior information relating to visitor age, gender and interests. We may also use this data to create remarketing lists. You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone numbers that you have provided to us are your contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to Bivvy. In the event that an agent or representative of Bivvy calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via text. You agree to promptly alert Bivvy whenever you stop using a particular telephone number. Consent may be revoked at any time and by any reasonable means.
Who do we share your personal information with and why?
We may disclose your personal information to our affiliated companies, when required by law, or with our service providers for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with our financial privacy notices.
